"Flying Scholarships for the Disabled" is a UK charity established in memory of famous WWII
pilot and double-leg amputee Sir Douglas Bader. Each year about 10 flying scholarships are given
to people with physical disabilities. Learning to fly is a life-changing experience for them and the
results are
